LLE OMODE: THE BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT

Ile Omode is a school in East Oakland that uses the STEM initiative (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) as the chore of their education system.
They do not use standardize testing and the majority of the students graduating enroll in some of the most prestigious high schools and colleges.
The students, parents, teachers and members of the community mobilized to launch this beautification effort in order to give the children the beauty they deserve to see on their way to school.
